Terms of Use

WBA Tracker (wbatracker.com) · back to the planner

Last updated: 12 September 2026

1. Who we are and acceptance of these terms

WBA Tracker at wbatracker.com (the "Planner") is provided by eMedu (ABN 50 651 674 172) ("eMedu", "we", "us"). By ticking the acceptance box on the Planner, or by otherwise using the Planner, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Planner.

2. What the Planner is — and is not

The Planner is a general scheduling aid. It calculates indicative, pro-rata workplace-based assessment (WBA) targets for a training term based on figures published in the FACEM Training Program Curriculum, and generates calendar reminders from them. It applies only to trainees enrolled in the FACEM Training Program (Fellowship pathway) who commenced training after 1 February 2022. It does not cover the AEM Certificate, Diploma or Advanced Diploma programs, the Diploma of Pre-Hospital and Retrieval Medicine, SIMG pathways, or trainees who commenced before February 2022 under earlier program structures. The Planner is not:

You must verify all requirements against the current FACEM Training Program Curriculum, ACEM training regulations, and your own Training Progression Review Panel or DEMT before relying on any output.

3. Accuracy of information

Every effort is made in good faith to keep the requirement data current and accurate, including automated monitoring of published curriculum versions. However, curriculum documents change, automated checks can miss changes, and errors can occur in transcription or calculation. The Planner displays the curriculum version its data was verified against; a warning banner is shown when a newer version is detected. Information is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eMedu excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including loss of training time, missed assessment deadlines, adverse progression decisions, or consequential loss) arising from or in connection with use of, or reliance on, the Planner or its outputs, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, eMedu's liability is limited, at its option, to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of re-supply.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Privacy and data

The Planner runs entirely in your browser. The term details you enter and any progress ticks are processed on your device, are not transmitted to eMedu, and are not stored after you leave the page. Calendar files are generated locally and saved only to your device.

7. Intellectual property

The Planner's design, code and text are owned by eMedu. All rights reserved. The FACEM Training Program Curriculum and related training requirements are the intellectual property of ACEM; the Planner references published requirement figures for informational purposes only and reproduces no curriculum content.

8. Changes and availability

We may update the Planner or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We do not guarantee the Planner will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Questions can be directed to info@emedu.com.au.

These terms are a general template prepared without legal advice. Before the Planner is promoted to a wide trainee audience under the eMedu name, have them reviewed by an Australian lawyer — particularly the liability clause and Australian Consumer Law interaction.
